At NESTORA™, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us so we can help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:


  • The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

  • The item should be returned with its original packaging, where applicable.

  • You must provide your order number and reason for the return.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first. We will provide instructions for the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at theabdulrahmanalsafi@gmail.com with your order number and photographs showing the issue.

We will review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow your payment provider additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective/damaged product, we will work with you regarding the return shipping arrangements.

Final Sale Items

Any items specifically identified as final sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or refund unless required by applicable law.
